Puppy Preschool

Socialisation with dogs and people is a very important party of your puppy’s early education. Puppy preschool is a series of classes held for puppies aged 8-16 weeks to allow them to socialise with each other under the supervision of qualified nurses

Puppy preschool is held at the clinic, and has the added bonus of the puppies learning that the vet clinic is a happy, fun place to go!  Many puppy preschool puppies come running into the clinic eager to say hello and play with everyone, even months or years after they have finished the classes.

 

Classes cover:

· Socialisation

· Basic commands (e.g. Sit, Come, Stay, Down)

· Toilet Training

· Barking

· Jumping

· Biting

· Nutrition

· Behavioural Issues

· Health care for your puppy

 

 

In order to make puppy preschool safe for everyone involved all puppies are required to have had their first vaccination.  All classes are run by experienced and qualified veterinary nurses.
